CORE GROUP Minutes

We met on 18th January, here are three of the issues that were discussed:-

1. The Christmas service – Thank you to Kathy, her helpers and the children for the wonderful Nativity and Fr Jonathon, all ministers and everyone who helped to make our celebrations such a success.
2. To promote and develop the liturgy beginning with the music group by, asking for more singers and musicians to join the group and someone to take over the leadership role and for 2 people to operate the sound system.
3. To encourage more altar servers including Adults.

Our Music Group is looking to revitalize and GROW…

Sadly Jackie will be withdrawing from leading the music group soon…so we are looking for a  music group leader along with singers and instrumentalists if you enjoy singing or can play an instrument OR you know someone who can,  please speak with Sr Hannah as soon as possible.  Fr Terry has kindly offered to spend some time with us, So Come On all you Music Lovers. Come and use your musical gifts and talents to help others celebrate the mass in song

Christ the Lord - Needs more ministers in all the areas below

Each ministry has a team and the more people on each team the better it is for everyone
Please recommend a person you know who could serve the Lord in this way or put yourself forward in your chosen area.
You do not have to be an expert at anything, all you need is to be willing to serve the Lord and be open to the experience (you will be trained/helped)
